MBA Essentials: The Power of Impossible Thinking

The Power of Impossible Thinking (by Yoram Wind and Colin Crook, 2006 ) talks of why it is so hard to change the way we think and offers some advice on how to overcome the inhibitors to change.

To change your world, you first have to change your own thinking. The ability to see the world differently can create significant opportunities […] But even successful models can ultimately become a prison if they limit your ability to make sense of a changing world […] The Power of Impossible Thinking provides a systematic process to help you understand the importance of mental models, assess whether your models are relevant, what kinds of models are needed, and how to act upon these models more effectively.

A recommended reading for MBA students, even if you are not too keen on neuroscience;)
